the Motorcycle Mount project v. 1

You'll want to kill me. No, PMF will kill me. Time to build one of that and hit the road for good. Huh... it will take a month to build, I'm dead as a Barrens zhevra...

This is a project only but maybe someone with a lot of patience may want to build this thing too, we are building it in our free hours but not even the half was completed yet. So please don't whin about it, there are no marked pieces, no names, the pieces are scattered over the pages as a broken glass in a dollar store, and probably I won't be remaking the whole thing again.

But if you're interested... it's here.

In-game Motorcycle costs: 12500 gold and 12 days of work. Sells for 17k.
Paper model: FREE but God knows when you'll be finishing it.

Size: 15 cm high X 12 cm wide X 33 cm long
Textures for Horde and Alliance versions included.
Difficulty: HAHAHA YOU'RE MAD AREN'T YOU?
Formats: PDO only. Not even Einstein could build it without the PDO file.
Download it HERE and curse my entire bloodline.

I am so down with these new choppers. I just recently came back to the game and I can say I'm thrilled that they decided to make these. Nice post too!

Thx guys :D

Just to explain something about the difficulty in naming the Hog's parts I would say that "Mechanics" is an old Megadeth's song for me XD XD XD

Someday I'll make a cleaner version of this project and post it here.

well, after you print it out, you could go into viewer and mark the appropriate pieces correctly so you could do one thing at a time... i guess that could make it easier. oh, another tip is to print out an untextured version of the mount, and put each textured pice on the corresponding textured template so you don't lose track of pieces... those small pieces can get lost easily. did that confuse anyone?

Good directions :)

How I'm making it: Printed all the pages, and choosing a part (ex. front tire). Then use the 3D window to locate the pieces and cut them out. One by one. The main problem with this project is that I don't know the name of each mechanical part to name it. Not easy as "front legs" for an example. And the insane number of tiny pieces forced me to think about saving paper, so they were put together in a single page. Jake's technique is very good to follow too, choose one and good luck! I hope to see some pics of a finished bike soon (hope that my one could be among them hehe)

Lol, well if you think of it. It takes forever ingame to build. So it may as well take forever to build in the real world too. lol. I never even imagened someone going out and making Paper WoW object like this. This is BAD ASS!
