This thing is near impossible to make one 8.5 x 11. There's no way to glue the tiny legs and maybe not even the arms. I gave up on the final part of one of the legs.
I don't know if it was just the smaller scale (35% as the PDF) or what, but I just couldn't do it.
Sorry, I did'nt understand - you tried to make it smaller? Well I.. made it this size because I have tried to build some parts when it was smaller (when unfolded) and it was really impossible to make :S
If you want it in a different size just tell me and maybe it can work anyway :)

Yeah, that's the same problem I had. In order to print the model on standard 8.5 x 1 paper, I had to scale the model down by about 30%.
The problem was that since it was so small when scaled down, there were some parts that couldn't be folded and glued like the legs.
Other than that, the model works just fine on paper (no pun intended). Sorry for the confusion.
